Return Policy
Enjoy peace of mind with our 14-day return policy available to customers worldwide. Before initiating a return, please check below to ensure your items qualify:
  • Items must be unworn
  • Show no signs of wear or damage
  • Be in the original packaging (pouch, jewelry cloth  included)
If the returned item doesn't meet these criteria, Lupins in the Wind reserves the right to deny a refund. Re-shipping of the item can be arranged at your cost.

Return Shipping Fee
  • Arrange trackable shipping at your cost
  • Note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount
  • Duties and taxes incurred during the initial order are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of store credits with 6 months validity.
  • Return refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt at our address. 
  • Receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Exchange Policy
To initiate an exchange, start by completing the return process and then redeem the desired exchange item using store credits.
